Capital Senior Center Cuts Ribbon on Northeast Wheels
Capital Senior Center held a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Northeast Presbyterian Church on Thursday, Dec. 4 to commemorate the beginning of the Northeast Wheels transportation program for seniors.
